"Russia must immediately withdraw its troops from all Ukrainian energy facilities and return full control to Ukraine," he wrote on one of the social networks.
In addition, as an additional measure of influence, the Estonian minister called on the West to tighten sanctions pressure on the Russian energy sector in order to speed up the process of transferring infrastructure.
