Russia should withdraw its troops from the territory of Ukraine and return control over all energy facilities to Kiev. This was stated by Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.

"Russia must immediately withdraw its troops from all Ukrainian energy facilities and return full control to Ukraine," he wrote on one of the social networks.

In addition, as an additional measure of influence, the Estonian minister called on the West to tighten sanctions pressure on the Russian energy sector in order to speed up the process of transferring infrastructure.

Recall, the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant is located on the left bank of the Dnieper. This is the largest nuclear power plant in Europe in terms of the number of units and installed capacity. In October 2022, the NPP came under the control of Russia.
