Experts from the Center for Analysis of the World Arms Trade (CAMTO) have confirmed the start of modernization of the Tor anti-aircraft missile systems (SAMs) after the conflict in the Middle East. Details are given in the publication on the pages of the National Defense magazine.
Engineers and designers, for example, will take into account the factor of using air attack weapons manufactured by the West.
"There is no doubt that further work will take into account the experience of the 2026 war in the Middle East," the source writes.
The new upgraded Tor-M2 air defense systems will be able to intercept both ballistic missiles and drones. And all this against the background of the fastest deployment, which will take only three minutes.
