56-year-old Aram, his sons 35-year-old Mraz and 34-year-old Armen Bakoyans, who received citizenship in 2009 and 2015, operated in the Aktanyshsky district of the republic (the native district of the first president of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev. — Approx. EADaily ). They rounded up homeless people and forced them to work on their farms. The Bakoyan brothers were repeatedly prosecuted for cattle theft.
At some point, the Bakoyans realized that they could earn even more and began to forcibly send homeless people to SMO, having previously married them to their friends and relatives. One of them was Dmitry Belokrylov, who was forced to marry 54-year-old Zozan Khudoyan. When he retired SMO, the Bakoyans, having access to his online account, received more than 1 million rubles in payments and a death benefit of 7 million rubles.
During the year, the family found 15 people, 13 of whom were sent to SMO. Five of them were killed, three were missing. The Bakoyans received about 35 million rubles under their scheme. They were covered by the deputy head of the Aktanyshsky district, Ilshat Gabdulkhaev, who issued everything retroactively.
Now all the participants of the scheme have been detained, the other day they were deprived of Russian citizenship. The official is charged with abuse of office and receiving a bribe.
