The head of the European diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, continues to shock the world community with terry ignorance. This was stated in his telegram channel by the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky.
This is how he commented on Callas' statement that Russia has attacked several dozen countries over the past hundred years, in particular African ones.
"Kallas continues to shock the world community with his double ignorance. After the voyage to Kiev and receiving the Order of Princess Olga from the hands of (Vladimir) Zelensky, the head of European diplomacy began to claim "victims of Russian aggression on the African continent," Slutsky writes.
According to him, such statements cannot be explained otherwise than by "delusions of altered consciousness." It is shameful for the "chief European diplomat" not to know the history according to which the USSR stood at the origins of decolonization, Slutsky added.
