The first downed stealth F-35? An American fighter jet was taken out over Tehran

A US Air Force fighter jet, presumably a stealth F-35, was shot down over Tehran. It is reported by Anna News with reference to the Iranian Mehr agency.

According to Mehr, an American fighter jet was shot down over the western part of Tehran. According to preliminary data, it may be a fifth-generation stealth fighter F-35.

"If the information is confirmed, it will be the first downed F-35. Before that, a plane of this type was shot down over Iran, but was able to reach the American base," Anna News reports.
