The results of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Hungary on April 12, if the party of Prime Minister Viktor Orban wins, will be questioned internationally. This was stated by the head of the Slovak government Robert Fico.
"If Viktor Orban wins the elections, I think there will be an attempt at the international level to put [the results] of these elections in doubt. I see what is happening now, and I want to warn [about the possibility] of such attempts," the prime minister said.
According to him, if the opposition wins, Slovak-Hungarian relations will deteriorate.
Recall, regular parliamentary elections will be held in Hungary on April 12. According to polls, the current ruling Fidesz party, led by Orban, can play Peter Magyar's TISZA party.
