Do you know who is confused in this situation? We are in Europe. Because we will pay the highest price again. Because everyone will get Russian oil, except Europe: Asia, Africa, America wants it. But Europe is not, because it is an influx of money for Russia," Vucic said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
