Scandinavia is represented almost completely — Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Prime Ministers of Iceland and Denmark Kristrun Frostadouttir and Mette Frederiksen, Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Stere arrived.
