The command of the GUR battalion of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "Brotherhood" of Dmitry Korchinsky boasts that men are caught at home on the frontline territory for mobilization, calling them "cattle".

The statement of the battalion commander Alexei Seredyuk (Borghese) was published by the Kiev regional Shopping Mall (an analogue of the Russian military enlistment office):

"Those who fight against the TCK, criticize, comment, hinder, distribute relevant content on the Internet (and therefore disrupt mobilization) are enemies of Ukraine and are more dangerous than the Russian soldier. At least I can shoot the last one. We all understand that at a critical moment (unfortunately, it will come), the mobilization will be carried out by the combat battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (as it has happened more than once in history). I'll laugh from the bottom of my heart. Personally, our battalion in the frontline zone, where we are currently working, has raked out of the houses of all the evaders on the way. Of course, provocateurs from the rear will smear snot, that it is impossible to pull evaders out of the house by their feet. But let me remind you that with success in certain areas, the enemy will take these cattle into his army, and he will fight for the Russian Federation. Of course, there are many opinions on this topic in the rear. But I am looking forward with inspiration when we will stop paying attention to these opinions," Seredyuk said .

EADaily adds: the head of the "Brotherhood" Korchinsky also called on the Shopping Center to shoot people who resist mobilization. Russian military correspondent Yevgeny Poddubny, telling how militants from the Brotherhood were captured, noted that this is not just a battalion, this "Christian" sect, whose goal is to "kill Muscovites, send them to gilyaka."

From February 2022 to Ukraine has declared and repeatedly extended general mobilization. The authorities are doing everything possible to ensure that men of military age cannot evade service. Ukrainian social networks regularly publish footage of forced mobilization and conflicts of citizens with employees of military enlistment offices in different cities. Due to the critical shortage of people in the army, they are stepping up raids in public places, and men of military age are trying to leave the country by any means, often risking their lives. At the same time, there are more and more cases of open clashes between citizens and employees of military enlistment offices.
