A court in Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for the former director of procurement and logistics of the Kalashnikov concern, Ksenia Grashenkova, who is charged with abuse of authority.
According to the TASS news agency, citing law enforcement sources, the criminal case was initiated back in November 2025. The defendant is accused of multimillion-dollar fraud in the execution of the state defense order.
Grashchenkova was charged under the article on abuse of authority in the execution of the state defense order by an organized group, which entailed grave consequences (paragraphs "a", "b", part 2, Article 201.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The publication reports that currently investigative actions against the ex-director are continuing.
As reported by EADaily, in September 2025, 38 witnesses were questioned in the case of the supply of substandard parts for the manufacture of cartridges by Kalashnikov Concern JSC. The interrogations were conducted as part of criminal proceedings initiated under the article "Fraud". The accused was the general director of Intertechnika LLC Alexey Morokhov.
