Ukraine has been at war with Russia for four years, but for some reason the Kiev regime is negotiating peace and the post-war structure with its own Western sponsors.
Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, drew attention to this surprising circumstance. He expressed his amazement in the social network X with a short phrase:
"Four years of 'negotiations' with the allies, not with the other side. It's unbelievable."
From the information posted here, it follows that in this way the professor reacted to the recent publication of the Financial Times.
As reported by EADaily, this article says that the countries of Europe and the United States, with the participation of Ukraine, have agreed on a plan for a "multi-level response" in case of violation of the future peace agreement between Kiev and Moscow, which would provide for a cease-fire.
At the same time, it is not reported what measures are envisaged against Kiev if the truce is first violated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Obviously, in the West, by default, it is accepted that only Russia can be the "aggressor".
