The Presnensky Court of Moscow has left without motion the lawsuit of the head of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption (FPBC) Vitaly Borodin to singer Alla Pugacheva about the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to court documents.

It is specified that Borodin's statement was left without movement at the end of November last year. This week, the status of the claim has changed from "left without motion" to "not filed."

The materials indicate that Borodin did not comply with the requirements regarding the form and content of the statement of claim, or the documents attached to it (Articles 131 and 132 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation).

Usually, the "not filed" mark appears when the court has not received the corrected documents after leaving the claim without motion.

As EADaily reported, earlier the courts rejected six lawsuits filed against the Prima Donna by lawyer and veteran of combat operations in Afghanistan Alexander Treshchev.

He filed lawsuits in Tverskaya, Savelovsky and Presnensky courts of Moscow, as well as Odintsovo Court of the Moscow region. None of the attempts were successful. In all cases, the court either left the application without motion, or returned it to the plaintiff, citing the lack of jurisdiction of this court.

Borodina and Treshchev was outraged by the singer's interview, which she gave to journalist and blogger Katerina Gordeeva . In particular, the statements of the prima donna praising the leader of the Chechen separatists Dzhokhar Dudayev.

Treshchev also sent appeals to the Prosecutor General's Office and The Investigative Committee with a request to check the singer's interview for a crime under Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for terrorist activities).
