In Britain, the head of the Ministry of Defense was ridiculed for declaring his desire to kidnap Russian President Vladimir Putin. Readers of The Telegraph newspaper expressed their opinion on this matter in the comments to the publication.
Recall, The Telegraph reported that the head of the British Ministry of Defense, John Healy, wants to kidnap the president of Russia. He stated this during a visit to Kiev.
"My God, first Starmer is holding hands with Macron and Zelensky, like kids in a round dance, and now Healy has expressed a desire to kidnap Putin… Just shut up and don't embarrass yourself!" writes Mark Wood, quoted by RIA Novosti.
"So go ahead, take it and steal it, yeah! You won't live two days—and it serves you right!" — noted Charles de Freitas.
Other commentators noted that Britain should behave more modestly, since it is not in a position to start quarrels with Russia.
As reported by EADaily, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called the reflections of British Defense Minister John Healy about the arrest of Vladimir Putin "wet fantasies."
