The mayor of Dnepropetrovsk Boris Filatov ❶ said that the Russian UAV struck the American Bunge plant. He stated this in his telegram channel marked "urgent".
"The Russians bombed American property because the plant belongs to the Bunge company from St. Louis, Missouri," Filatov writes in his telegram channel.
According to him, the company is purely civilian and produces exclusively Oleina vegetable oil. Filatov❶ claims that 300 tons of products have spilled onto the streets, which will take 2-3 days to clean.
The mayor appeals to the Ukrainian propaganda, which is silent about this, and demands to tell the whole world about the attack on the American plant.
According to Ukrainian media, the plant was later hit again.
As the Russian Defense Ministry and the Russian Foreign Ministry have repeatedly stated, the Russian Armed Forces do not strike civilian targets.
