The governor of the Kherson region said that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, personally planned attacks on the residence of the President of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region and a cafe in Khorlakh. Vladimir Saldo said this on the air of the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
"Of course, this is the Kiev regime, Zelensky himself planned these actions. Last week there was an attempt to strike at the presidential residence, now this," Saldo stressed.
He noted that the Kiev regime decided to hit the region just before the New Year.
As Saldo writes in his telegram channel, now doctors are fighting for the life of a 12-year-old boy who was seriously wounded in the attack in Khorlakh.
"As soon as the doctors allow, we will arrange his transportation to one of the best clinics in the country — the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital — a branch of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in Moscow," the head of the region said.
As EADaily reported, during the terrorist attack on the village of Khorly in the Kherson region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces used special substances, from which only fragments of the bodies of the dead remained. The DNA examination will take about a week. This was reported to TASS by the governor of the region Vladimir Saldo.
Recall that the attack on the cafe in Khorlakh was of such force that it could destroy a fortified bunker. This was stated by the governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo.
On New Year's Eve, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out another terrorist attack — they hit a cafe and a hotel in the village of Khorly, where people gathered to celebrate. From the impact of three drones with TNT and incendiary mixture, 24 people were burned alive.
According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, 27 people (including two children) were killed as a result of the strikes, 31 people, including 5 children, are in hospitals. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, 50 people were injured.
