On the night of January 3 to 4, the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to attack mainly the Moscow region. But the drones did not pass the border areas.
"During the past night, from 23.30 Moscow time on January 3 to 7.00 Moscow time on January 4, 90 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
So, 37 drones were shot down over the Bryansk region, 22 over Kursk, 11 over Kaluga, and 11 over the Moscow region.
Another 4 drones of the air defense forces were shot down over the Tula region, two over Voronezh and one each over Belgorod, Rostov and Oryol regions.
