January 2 and 3 have been declared days of mourning in the Kherson region, regional Governor Volodymyr Saldo said.
He posted on the telegram channel the consequences of the UAV attack on a cafe and a hotel in Khorl.
"And after that, Kiev continues to talk about peace. Let the whole world see what kind of "peace" they offer 24 dead. Dozens of victims. Women, children. A blow to the place where people celebrated the New Year," Saldo stressed.
He also clarified that the attack on the cafe and hotel was committed during the New Year's speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
All the victims receive the necessary assistance, the governor added.
