An intact UAV with explosives and a parachute was found in the forests of Romania

A drone with a parachute and explosives was found in the forests of Romania. This is reported by News.ro .

The UAV was found today in the commune of Lereshti in the Arges county by a hunter, who reported the discovery to the authorities. Now the relevant services are finding out how the drone got there and from where. According to police, an "improvised device" is attached to the UAV.

"Today, December 21, 2025, at about 10.40 am, the police of the Kympulung Municipality were notified by telephone by a 49-year-old man from the Lereshti commune, Arges County, participating in an organized hunt, that a possible flying object of the drone type was identified in a wooded area on Mount Strymtu, Lereshti commune, collapsed among the trees", — reports the police of Arges.

It is not known whether the drone is related to the conflict on Ukraine is definitely aware that it was not used by NATO base soldiers in the area, the police said.
