The Embassy of Ukraine in Turkmenistan becomes a supply point for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is reported by the portal turkmen.news.
"The Embassy of Ukraine in Turkmenistan, with the assistance of France and the United States, handed over two vehicles with Turkmen license plates to the 21st Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is stationed in the city of Podolsk in Odessa region," the newspaper writes.
The embassy's website reported that the Ukrainian diplomatic department is actively involved in the process of obtaining financial support for the purchase of body armor, thermal imagers, medicines, helmets and other equipment for the needs of the army. As reported, Ukrainian and foreign companies provide equipment and materials to strengthen military positions and create bomb shelters for civilians in Ukraine. The diplomatic mission also reports that the transferred vehicles will be used by AFU fire groups.
It should be recalled that Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Turkmenistan on December 12. At the international forum "Peace and Trust: Unity of Goals for a Sustainable Future", he met with his Turkmen counterpart Serdar Berdimuhamedov and congratulated him on the 30th anniversary of the country's neutrality. Russian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin also expressed congratulations to the people and leadership of Turkmenistan on the occasion of this important date.
