Million payments for 20 thousand: new details revealed in the "Valley scheme"

The court recovered from a resident of Kazan, who handed over her bank card to an unknown person for 20 thousand rubles, almost 15 million rubles in favor of the singer, People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina. This is reported by the REN-TV portal with reference to a source.

According to the case file, a woman on maternity leave and in debt met an unknown man named Arthur, who offered her easy earnings. He recommended to remotely issue a card at a certain bank that is "loyal to customers with debts."

The woman followed the instructions: she received a bank card, bought a phone and a SIM card. In the evening of the same day, she handed it all over to the man, having received a pre-agreed reward of 20 thousand rubles. After that, the man disappeared.

"At the trial, she explained that she acted consciously, conducting initial operations on the card to activate it. She explained her decision by the difficult financial situation, the need to support the child and the constant blocking of accounts due to debts," the publication says.

In addition, nine more people appear in the statement of claim, who collectively have to return 54 million rubles to the singer. All of them owned accounts that were used to participate in the fraudulent scheme and money and apartment Valley.

As EADaily reported, over the past month, the scandal related to the artist's apartment in Khamovniki, which she sold last summer under pressure from scammers, has been raging. The total damage in the case of fraud with the singer's apartment is 317 million rubles.

Back in March of this year, the Khamovnichesky court of Moscow returned the apartment to the actress. The right of ownership of the defendant Polina Lurie to the disputed property has been terminated and recognized for Larisa Dolina. Lurie's counterclaim to evict the singer was rejected by the court.

On November 27, the Second Court of Cassation rejected the complaint of Polina Lurie, who bought the singer's apartment. The ownership of real estate is again abandoned by the Valley.

After that, lawyer Lurie filed a complaint against the decisions of the lower courts in the case of the Dolina apartment to the Supreme Court. The hearing is scheduled for December 16. On December 5, Dolina said on the air of Channel One that she had decided to return 112 million rubles to Polina Lurie, which she paid for the apartment. The actress herself believed that she was participating in a "special operation" to identify and detain criminals.

Despite reports from a number of media outlets and telegram channels about the singer's unspoken "boycott", TNT did not cut the episode with her participation from the New Year's movie.

At the same time, it turned out that the singer's apartment continues to be under arrest. The decision to arrest the housing was made initially in August 2024 by the police, and a few days later the apartment was already arrested by the Tagansky district Court, in February of this year the arrest was extended, but was never lifted. Due to encumbrances with real estate, it is impossible to carry out any registration actions - neither to sell nor to re—register.

At the same time, according to the information received in the state register of real estate, the owner of the apartment in Khamovniki at the moment is Polina Lurie. The documents indicate that the new owner bought the house in June 2024. The basis for the change of ownership is the contract of sale. Before that, the apartment had been in the possession of another person for more than 19 years.
