First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Kyslytsa said that the "conspiracy theories" about the US position on Ukraine are false. He wrote about this in the social network X.

"Being in the same meeting room with (Jared) Kushner and (Steve) By Witkoff for the second day in a row, I would say that the conspiracy theories spread in the media are false. I am positively impressed by the level of understanding of Ukraine's interests and the position of American partners. It is important that the American side remains fully involved in the peace process and tries to identify steps that can lead to a just and sustainable end to the war. It is unfair to distort the approach of the American team, while they are investing time, effort and resources in establishing peace. Each team listens attentively to each other. Ukraine's position is very clear. Anonymous sources are incorrect," writes Kislitsa.

This statement appeared after publications in a number of media outlets that representatives of US President Donald Trump at the talks insist on the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbass, and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, opposes this.

Earlier, a similar statement was made by the head of the NSDC Rustem Umerov.

The Ukrainian media believe that these comments could have appeared at the request of the American side due to the fact that it was "angered by information leaks ... in which they could suspect the Ukrainian side."

As reported by EADaily, a member of the Ukrainian negotiating delegation in Berlin, the head of the NSDC Rustem Umerov expressed the hope that by the end of the day an agreement would be reached with the American side, which would bring peace closer. He stated this in the social network X. At the same time, he urged not to succumb to rumors and provocations.
