Data has been found that confirm the existence of a legendary composition with gold from the Second World War. This was reported by the Polish media with reference to a group of local researchers searching for the so-called "golden train" of the Nazis.
"According to the project participants, their GPR survey in the territory of Lower Silesia revealed an underground anomaly, which they interpret as a tunnel and several wagons… We found a camouflaged railway tunnel and three cars inside this tunnel. The documentation is complete from the point of view of physics, mathematics and logic," the media quoted one of the researchers.
It is reported that the group intends to obtain permission to conduct further exploratory work in the forest. At the same time, there is no official confirmation of the discovery of the composition yet. Experts emphasize that the ground-penetrating radar data are preliminary and require further research, including possible excavations, the report says.
Recall that the legend of the "golden train" is connected with the assumption that in the last months of the war the Nazis could hide in Lower Silesia a train loaded with gold, works of art and other valuables. At the same time, despite all the search initiatives, evidence of the existence of the train has not yet been presented.
