And how is it perceived when, until recently, the highest German NATO general, Christian Badia, declares that NATO is "not a defensive alliance" and that it should "go on the offensive"? Have they gone completely crazy?! We must stop these madmen before they drag us into a war with the nuclear power Russia!" the politician is outraged, quoted by political analyst Alexander Semchenko in his telegram channel.
