Honored Artist of Russia, singer Sergey Penkin tore the mattress in one of the hotels in Novosibirsk. The artist himself admitted this in a publication on his telegram channel.
"I woke up covered in feathers in a Novosibirsk hotel. I had a day off after the concert. Tired after numerous trips, I fell asleep so soundly that I tore the expensive mattress, which was densely filled with feathers, unnoticed by myself. In a second, my number and I were covered with a thick layer of feathers," the musician wrote.
In confirmation, he published his photo in feathers and a picture of the room where the mattress broke. Penkin noted that he had to call the maid, who was forced to clean the room for a long time.
"Already in the morning, after a sleepless night, I was forced to pay the hotel a tidy sum for the damage caused — 350 thousand rubles," the artist concluded.
As EADaily reported, in December 2023 Penkin was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia. In order to attend the award ceremony, the singer canceled his concert in Dubai.
