During the raid on the enemy's rear, Russian servicemen managed to capture a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces militants without a single shot. The obtained intelligence made it possible to completely liberate one of the settlements.
As RIA Novosti reports, referring to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, our fighters went to the outskirts of the village, where they found a temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There was a passenger car near him, into which the Ukrainian military hastily loaded boxes with documentation.
"The personnel of the assault group, using smoke bombs, instantly dispersed on different flanks, captured the militants without a single shot. Having tied them up and loaded them into a car, Lieutenant Biryukov's guard group left the enemy's rear at high speed, delivering valuable documents and three prisoners to the regimental headquarters,"the statement said.
The military department noted that on the basis of documents and testimonies of prisoners, the Russian command decided to launch missile strikes at the enemy's location. This contributed to the complete liberation of one of the settlements.
