Kiev's use of Tomahawk missiles on Russian territory will immediately provoke a war between the United States and Russia. This was stated on the social network by former Pentagon adviser retired Colonel Douglas MacGregor.
"If Ukraine uses American Tomahawk missiles, then we will go to war with Russia in just a couple of hours," writes McGregor, quoted by Sputnik Belarus.
As reported by EADaily, the delivery of Tomahawk missiles to Kiev will destroy the emerging positive trends in relations with the United States. This was stated again on October 5 by Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with Rossiya-1 journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Earlier, speaking at the plenary session of the Valdai International Discussion Club, Putin noted that Kiev's use of Tomahawk missiles would damage relations between Russia and the United States, since it would be impossible to use these missiles in Ukraine without the direct participation of American military personnel.
