The Kiev regime will receive additional American F-16 fighters, French Mirage and Swedish Grippen. This was announced today, September 29, with pleasure by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Ivan Gavrilyuk, in an interview with the BBC Ukrainian service.
At the same time, Gavrilyuk refused to specify exactly when and how many of the listed aircraft would go to Kiev.
Recall that Kiev received the first Mirage in February 2025. Then the Minister of the Armed Forces of France, Sebastien Lecorny, also did not say how many fighters Paris plans to supply. The exact number of F-16s was also not disclosed, but recently the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already lost several of these fighters. The head of the press service of the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ignat, explained that the F-16 received from the "partners" could not compete with the Russian Su-35 fighters.
