Another such case was reported on Wednesday, September 17, by the press service of the Ministry of Defense. The release says that in Sumy region, fighters of the 352nd Motorized Rifle regiment of the Sever group discovered and destroyed the saboteurs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is specified that the enemy was approaching the border with the Kursk region in the area of the village of Tetkino, but was detected by our aerial reconnaissance.

"The calculations of the fire support platoon took advantage of their knowledge of the terrain and delivered an accurate strike from AGS and heavy machine guns," the report said.

The military department stressed that in each such attempt to break into Russian territory, foreign mercenaries are used who find "their peace without ever reaching Russian land."

Earlier, EADaily reported that the calculations of the multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) "Tornado-S" struck a camouflaged temporary deployment point of the Kiev regime troops in the area of the special military operation (SMO).
