The head of the Russian Ministry of Finance, Anton Siluanov, in an interview for RBC, announced the total amount that the country's budget received as a result of the sale of seized companies. We are talking about about 30 billion rubles received by the department as a result of the relevant decisions of the Prosecutor General's Office.
"We have a lot of companies that, according to the decisions of the General Prosecutor's Office's lawsuits, means that these companies go to the treasury. There are many, so there are enough such cases. They are all, in fact, public. And we are in favor of not keeping these companies in the treasury, of course, not managing them as state management, but selling them to the market faster," Siluanov said.
The Ministry of Finance is planning a number of more transactions on this property by the end of the year, the proceeds of which will also go to the federal budget.
EADaily previously also informed that Minister Siluanov called the main task of financiers in power.
