X5 has resumed purchases and sales of confectionery products under the Mars brand, previously suspended due to "price considerations." This was reported by the office managing all "Pyaterochka" and "Crossroads".
And we are talking not only about Mars bars, but also about products under the brands Snickers, Twix and Orbit. According to X5, earlier the supplier offered conditions that do not comply with the principles of fair pricing.
"X5 has restored the purchase of Mars confectionery products for delivery to the Pyaterochka network and "The crossroads.“ The resumption of cooperation was the result of a long and constructive negotiation process. The parties managed to agree on conditions that create the basis for a long—term and mutually beneficial partnership," the press service of X5 reported.
Now the company hopes for "stability and predictability of supplies in the future."
