Political scientist Yuri Baranchik believes that the statements The EU's support for Ukraine is a loud PR campaign that will not be supported by real deeds.

"The EU has some plans, but so far there is some kind of confusion. Germany refused. In France, on September 8, there will be a vote of no confidence in the prime minister - it is quite possible that the power will change there too. Therefore, so far these are loud PR statements rather than steps backed up by concrete deeds," he said on Sputnik radio.
