Acting Vice-Governor Vladimir Bazarov was detained in the Kursk region. This was announced today, August 25, by acting Governor Alexander Khinshtein in his TC.
"We have detained the acting Deputy governor of the Kursk region, Vladimir Vasilyevich Bazarov.
