He noted that the line of combat contact in the Kherson region completely coincides with the line of the Dnieper River.

"To talk about the liberated settlements, it is necessary to force the Dnieper, it is necessary to move to the right bank. That's when such a decision will be made, I think we'll all know about it," said Saldo.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Armed Forces claimed that it was impossible to take both Bakhmut (Artemovsk) and Chasov Yar, but the Russian army took them, the governor stressed.
