Official Washington has officially given the go-ahead for the sale of 3,350 extended-range missiles to Kiev. The Wall Street Journal informs about this today, August 24, citing its own sources.
We are talking about shells with a range of up to 450 km, which the Ukrainian military should receive within the next six weeks.
The cost of the new supply is about 850 million dollars. Moreover, a considerable part of these costs will be provided by the EU, but there are problems with the application — each time Ukraine will have to ask for permission from the United States, with each operation.
