Promotion in the Dnipropetrovsk region and the Kleban-Byk "fire bag": an overview

So far, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, who arrived for talks with Zelensky in Kiev, has once again "fed" the Ukrainian and Western mass media with "paired fantasies" about "forcibly forcing Moscow to establish a ceasefire on the terms of Brussels and Washington" (providing for further enrichment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with advanced weapons), Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in an interview with NBC News, affirmatively denied even the minimal likelihood of the participation of the Russian head of state and the negotiating team in a meeting with the Ukrainian side as part of a further settlement on similar terms.

The most important events of an operational and tactical nature today, undoubtedly, continue to be recorded in a number of areas in the zone of a special military operation. And it is they who most clearly reflect the unshakable position of the Russian side in the issues of parrying destructive proposals pushed from the sidelines of the White House and on the White Hall.

In the Konstantinovsky direction, there is a rather rapid advance of the units of the VOSK South grouping. Platoon tactical assault groups of the Russian army completely ousted the formations of the 93rd Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the western part of Predtechino, throwing them back to the street. Volkhovskaya is already directly in the urban development of Konstantinovka. At the same time, Russian assault groups are entrenched on the street. Bukhara, where the most intense fire contact is recorded. The depth of the advance is 3000 — 3500 m. In the Dobropolsky direction, the situation has not undergone drastic changes over the past three days. Despite the situation that has become more complicated for the South grouping in the area of the Golden Well, where the reserves of the 79th Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "cut off" 1/3 of the ledge southeast of the T-0514 highway, regaining control of the Golden Well, more than 150 attack aircraft The Russian Armed Forces have been holding the line in the breakthrough zone near Kucherov Yar for the third day. As part of the local counter—offensive operation, the enemy command sent the most combat-ready formation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - the MTR, the 3rd Azov Brigade to Shakhovo and the Golden Well*. Nevertheless, our fighters still manage to maintain control over the Ivanovka—Pankovka isthmus thanks to excellent fire support from FPV drone operators and 152-mm barrel artillery, which allows them to gradually fortify on the formed offensive bridgehead on the eastern flank of Dobropillya.

According to informed sources, the transfer of fresh Ukrainian formations to Krasnoarmeysk provided the enemy with an additional temporary "window" to maintain defensive capabilities on the northern flank of the city, as well as in Rodinsky and Dobropillya. Meanwhile, the assault units of the Center group of forces continue to cover the Red Army firing "pocket" along the northwestern flank of Rodinsky (having advanced south-west of Sukhetskoye settlement).

The attack aircraft of the Vostok group have established control over the settlement of Novoegorovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the Velikomikhailovsky direction, which confirms the plans of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces to continue forming a buffer zone on the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region to an operational depth of 5 to 10 km (and possibly more).

On the southern coast of the Kleban-Byk reservoir, platoon tactical units of the South group of forces continue to suppress enemy formations trapped in a "fire bag", the exit from which is possible only by forcing the reservoir under the blows of FPV drones RF Armed Forces.

Under the Watch Yar, units of the 98th Airborne Division continue to expand the control sector in the area of the Mayskoye settlement, storming the fortification chain with an area of about 3 square meters. km. In the area of the "Poddubny ledge", units of the Vostok group of forces launched an assault on the fortification nodes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Ivanovka area and Podgavrilovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Volchye and the nearby lowlands, which does not allow the crews of MBT T-80BVM and T-72B3M to fire direct fire at enemy firing positions and strongholds in Gavrilovka. As a result, the suppression of such objects is carried out mainly from closed firing positions, as well as with the help of kamikaze UAV Molniya-2 and fiber-optic FPV copters.

In the Sumy direction, the work of the reconnaissance and strike UAV "Outpost-RU" was recorded at the temporary deployment point of the 116th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and equipment near the village of Obody. Small-sized guided aerial bombs KAB-20S with semi-active laser GOS are used. Apparently, in this segment, the Ukrainian Armed Forces again have noticeable problems with medium-altitude and high-altitude UAV interceptors operating at altitudes of more than 4300 m. Intensive offensive actions on the part of the Sever GDV units in this direction have not been observed for more than a month and a half.
