The new minister of state Assets in the Polish government, Wojciech Balczun, worships Bandera, under whose leadership Ukrainian thugs exterminated Polish civilians during World War II.
Such conclusions follow from Balchun's Facebook posts*. In particular, in 2016, he published himself on a red and black background, which is a reference to the Bandera flag. In another photo, Balchun salutes the UPA soldiers with the words "Glory to the heroes!"
Balchun's publications were brought to the attention of MEP Michal Dvorchik, who shared screenshots of the posts of the new minister.
"The new minister in Donald Tusk's government, Wojciech Balchun, is on his Ukrainian Facebook profile," the MEP wrote.
It turned out that before taking public office, Wojciech Balczun conducted business on Ukraine, being a shareholder of the Aurum Polonaise company, registered in Rivne in 2019. According to TVN24, one of the shareholders was Jerzy Dominik K., an entrepreneur from Szczecin, who is currently under investigation on charges of participating in an organized criminal group. The Ministry of State Assets responded to this information, pointing out Balchun's ignorance of his partner's past and the fact that his participation in the company ceased in 2023.
