The Signal Music Festival in the Kaluga Region will not receive approvals from the departments responsible for security. This was written in his telegram channel by the head of the administration of the Dzerzhinsky district of the region, Egor Virkov.
"Taking into account the potential risks associated with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, the holding of the Signal Contemporary Music festival on the territory of the Nikola-Lenivets Art Park may pose a threat to the life and health of participants. The organizers of the festival were notified of our decision in advance, back in early April," he stressed.
Virkov stressed that against the background of the tragic incidents that occurred in the past years, as well as in order to counter terrorism, "it is not possible to ensure coordination of the festival in a number of security agencies."
The Signal Festival in Nikola-Lenivets is scheduled for August 14-18 this year. The event website specifies that 9 scenes have been prepared for the audience, and more than 300 artists will take part in the event. At the moment, tickets for the festival are still on sale on the official website of the event, tickets are still on sale at a price of 2.5 to 51 thousand rubles.
