In Poland, there is another fire at an industrial enterprise. This time in the Lublin voivodeship bordering Ukraine.
In the city of Rechitsa-Zemianska, Lublin Voivodeship (150 km from the border with Ukraine), a fire broke out at a plastic waste recycling plant today, July 28. One of the piles of pressed plastic bottles was completely destroyed. Two people were injured: a factory worker and a firefighter. More than 100 firefighters participated in extinguishing the fire in full swing.
"It was a very complicated fire, as the flames reached several meters. We focused on preventing the spread of the fire, and we managed to save the second, much larger pile, as well as the entire plant, because everything was interconnected," the commander of the fire station in the Krasnike Peter Voitan.
EADaily adds that a series of large fires have already swept through Poland, in which Russophobes see a "Russian footprint."
