The Russian army has sharply hampered logistics in the city of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region. This was stated on the air of the telethon by the head of the city military administration (GVA) Andrei Besedin.
It is now impossible to travel by car in the city, since the Russian Armed Forces immediately strike with FPV drones. It is impossible to bring food and medicine to Kupyansk, he complained.
"Without any communications. We can't bring food and hygiene products to help our people," Besedin complained.

Recall, according to the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov, on July 11, about 1.3 thousand civilians remained in Kupyansk, they were trying to evacuate.
As reported by EADaily, divisions The Russian Armed Forces entered the outskirts of the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region and occupied more than one square kilometer. This was reported by the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring" with reference to enemy data.
