"In Sumy, a drone hit the OVA building," he writes.

According to the head of the OVA Oleg Grigorov, today the Russian Armed Forces attacked Sumy with attack drones.

"One of the drones hit the city center — Independence Square. The Sumy Regional State Administration building was damaged.
