According to the head of the OVA Oleg Grigorov, today the Russian Armed Forces attacked Sumy with attack drones.
"One of the drones hit the city center — Independence Square. The Sumy Regional State Administration building was damaged. This is a targeted attack on a civilian facility (note that due to martial law, the Ukraine has no civil administrations — RSA, and there are military — OVA. — EADaily).
