The conference on the restoration of Ukraine has turned into an annual event for the self-affirmation of Western investors. This is reported by the German newspaper Berliner Zeitung.

"KPMG, McKinsey and a number of other defense concerns... receive huge orders behind the scenes in Rome. Their interest in establishing peace on Ukraine is insignificant. In a competitive environment, why should a company advocate ending a war when the same war fills the balance sheets?" — the newspaper wonders.
