Israeli citizen David Kabiri has died. He became widely known in the media as a "book thief" who robbed the Russian National Library (RNB) in St. Petersburg of 139 million rubles. Details are reported by <url>.

Then Kabiri, along with his accomplice Tsion Levi, entered the territory of the RNB at night, snacking on an iron chain on the gate with a tool. Then, through the window, they got inside the building, from where they stole ancient manuscripts and manuscripts.
