The entreprise performance "Hunting for men" with actors Stanislav Bondarenko and Nastasya Samburskaya is asked to check for compliance with spiritual and moral values. The corresponding appeal to the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg was sent by activists of the human rights center "Forty Forty".
Public figures indicated that the footage of the performance is freely available on the Web. They also called on the organizers of the event to check for violations of the law on the protection of children from information harmful to their health or development, the "Paragraph" portal reports.
"The actors are on stage in a semi—naked and vulgar form, and the events taking place are an imitation of the prelude to sexual intercourse with elements of BDSM," the text of the appeal says.
The production has been going on for many years, but has repeatedly caused mixed reactions. In 2019, a performance with half-naked heroes in Makhachkala (Dagestan) at the House of Friendship caused a terrible scandal and outrage among the public. A Russian athlete, UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov joined the offended spectators. Then the producer of the production and one of the main actors had to publicly apologize.
