The United States is to blame for unleashing the Ukrainian conflict, not Moscow and not Kiev — Mirsheimer

Responsibility for the outbreak and continuation of the Ukrainian conflict lies with The United States. This was stated on the Deep Dive YouTube channel by Professor John Mearsheimer of the University of Chicago.
