In the sky over Chelyabinsk, the reserve fuel tank was separated from the aircraft. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"The 112 system received a message about the incident: the fall of fragments of a flying plane. The forces and means of the EMERCOM of Russia were sent to the place of the incident indicated in the message. According to updated information, the spare fuel tank (empty) was disconnected from the flying aircraft,"the department said.
Subsequently, representatives of the press service reported that the container was found in the forest area of the city park. At the same time, there was no fire, and no one was injured.
On Sunday, photos appeared in the local media, which allegedly captured the moment the object fell from an airplane flying over the territory.
