Military blogger Yuri Podolyaka notes that the truce does not work in the Tetkino area.

But where they are trying to achieve at least some results, as in the Tetkino area of the Glushkovsky district, there is no truce there. The day before, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a truce during the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
