Fraud against Russians is coordinated from the territory of Ukraine, where up to 150 call centers operate, as well as from the territory of individual EU countries. This was reported in the Center for Public Relations of the FSB of Russia.
"According to available data, the coordination of fraudulent activities against our citizens is carried out from the territory of Ukraine. Currently, there are from 120 to 150 call centers operating there," the report says.
As noted, "large-scale organized criminal fraudulent activity unleashed by the Ukrainian regime in the Russian direction is being implemented with the use of information infrastructure (energy resources, data processing centers, Internet service providers) from the cities of Ukraine, as well as individual EU countries."
