"We draw your attention to the fact that the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has launched a new program that provides an opportunity for foreign citizens staying in the country in violation of immigration laws to voluntarily leave the United States," the appeal says.
The diplomatic mission recalled that within the framework of this program, the expenses for the return ticket will be paid, as well as one-time financial assistance in the amount of $ 1,000 after return.
