The vocalists of the Russian collective "Turkish Choir" and Soprano performed at the Schwarzenbergplatz in Vienna. This is reported in the report of the "Fifth Channel".
A concert with military songs dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory was held near the monument to the Soviet soldier-liberator. The compositions "Dark Night", "Katyusha", "Three Tankers" and other famous songs of the war years were performed.
Admission to the concert was free, the performance of Russian musicians in the open air was attended by a total of several thousand people.
"There were also supporters of the Kiev regime among them. They came to Shverzenbergplatz with provocative posters and Ukrainian flags. The Austrian police did not allow the concert to be disrupted," the report says.
As EADaily reported, earlier a tour of European countries, also timed to the 80th anniversary of the Victory, was performed by the Gnessin ensemble of contemporary choral music Altro Coro conducted by Alexander Ryzhinsky. Of the five scheduled concerts, a performance in The Hague.
