However, the Russian Armed Forces will remain tied to Ukraine in the long term, even if a truce is reached soon, and task number 1 for the West today is to increase its military potential not only qualitatively, but also quantitatively," Richter said.
According to him, the conversion of Russian industry into military production shows that in a war of attrition, not only quality is important, but, above all, quantity.
